Refund Policy

At Apollo Audio, we are dedicated to providing a high-quality experience for all of our clients. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand how cancellations and refunds are handled.

 

1. Booking and Payments

To confirm a booking for our services (e.g., music lessons, studio rentals, or other services), a deposit is required in advance. The deposit can be paid via [list payment methods, e.g., credit card, bank transfer, cash]. The remaining balance can be paid on the day of the session by cash or card. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received.

2. Refunds for Cancellations

• Cancellations by You:
  If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson or studio booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time, the deposit will not be refunded.

• Cancellations by Us:
  In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, technical issues), we will offer you the option of rescheduling or provide a full refund of the deposit for the canceled session.

3. Refunds for Non-Attendance

If you fail to attend a session without prior notice or cancellation, no refund will be issued for the deposit. It is important to notify us in advance if you are unable to attend.

4. Refund Process

If you are entitled to a refund, please allow up to 7 business days for the payment to be processed and returned to the original method of payment. If you have any questions or concerns about your refund, please contact us at apolloaudiomgmt@gmail.com.

5. Damaged or Defective Services

If there are any issues with the quality of services provided (e.g., equipment malfunction during a studio session), please notify us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue, and in such cases, we may offer a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
